2. Ensure all financial transactions, including bills, receipts, and payments are recorded in time
3. Record all transactions in the software of the company
4. Check & verify all transactions before entry
5. Check money receipts, bills, vouchers, daily expenses, etc
6. Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are reconciled regularly
7. Ensure that all financial records are maintained according to company requirements including bank receipts
8. Advise and report all relevant matters to Management
9. Prepare daily balance, approve requisition summary and disbursement note
10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required
Skills Requirements –
